YOYO Station Cafe, a local coffee shop, needed a way to attract more customers and grow its business. To help, we created a sleek, user-friendly website and mobile app. The website introduces the cafe, sharing its story, menu highlights, and essential details like location and hours. The mobile app makes it easy for customers to explore the menu, place pickup orders, and pay seamlessly with cards or Apple Pay. This solution not only brought more customers through the door but also set the stage for future features like personalized notifications, loyalty programs, and user profiles to keep customers engaged and coming back.

Challenges:

YOYO Station Cafe faced several hurdles, including low foot traffic despite its quality offerings, no digital presence to promote the cafe or its menu, and a lack of convenience for customers who wanted an easy way to view the menu, place orders, or pay remotely.

The Solution:

We developed a modern, responsive website and a feature-rich mobile app to address these challenges. The website introduces the cafe with its story, menu highlights, and contact details, making a strong first impression. The mobile app offers a complete menu, easy order placement for pickup, payment options with cards and Apple Pay, and displays the cafe’s location and working hours. Built for both iOS and Android, the app maximizes customer reach. The technology stack included React and Node.js for the website, React Native with Stripe and Apple Pay integration for the app, and Spring Boot for backend data management.

Solution:

• Built a calendar view to show available slots for selected doctors on a chosen day.
• Developed a profile system for patients and doctors, enabling easy access to relevant information.
• Implemented appointment statuses such as scheduled, completed, missed, and rescheduled.
• Enabled patients to mark appointments as completed, cancel, or reschedule them effortlessly.
• Designed a dashboard for doctors to view patient details and manage their schedules efficiently.

Challenge:

Managing multiple projects and daily tasks can be overwhelming, especially for teams working remotely. Teams need a solution to centralize their workflows, track progress, and foster collaboration without losing sight of individual responsibilities.

Solution:

• Created a projects tab to display all active projects along with their statuses.
• Designed a productivity tab to provide daily and weekly overviews, including progress on daily goals.
• Implemented a task preview screen, showing tasks sorted by execution time.
• Added collaborative tools such as team member comments and task status updates.
• Allowed project managers to invite team members to projects and assign tasks seamlessly.

People often struggle to stay consistent when building new habits or breaking old ones. The lack of accountability, motivation, and a clear progress tracker makes it difficult to achieve long-term success. The goal was to create an intuitive and social platform that helps users stay on track while fostering a supportive community.

Solution:

• Implemented a streak system to visually track progress for each habit.
• Added a profile section showcasing key metrics like the number of habits, streaks, followers, and following.
